VC urges students to shun cultism

The Vice Chancellor of Igbinedion University, Rev. Professor Eghosa Osaghae has directed matriculating students to stay away from cultism and cult-related activities, adding that they should remain morally upright so as not to misuse the opportunity provided for them by the institution.
This was contained in the welcome address he gave at the 17th matriculation ceremony held at the University auditorium.
Osaghae congratulated the matriculating students on their selection out of the several thousands that applied for admission in the seven colleges of the university.
In his speech, he mentioned that the university has zero tolerance for cultism so students should stay away from that and other vices so they can accomplish the goal for which they sought and gained admission into the university.
