EASTER MESSAGE FROM PROF.GODWIN ONU, RECTOR, FED.POLY. OKO TO THE POLYTECHNIC COMMUNITY:

Easter is one of the most important holidays for Christians. All over the world, Christians give huge importance to this yearly occasion. Easter Sunday commemorates the Resurrection of God’s Son, Jesus Christ from the dead. This is why some people always choose to travel home to observe this sacred period with their loved ones and families.
As you travel home from the Polytechnic Community to your various homes or sacred places, may you always be blessed with love, life and happiness.
May your lives be touched by the true meaning of Easter.
Exchanging greetings and Easter wishes to celebrate this day is one of the most common traditions. We should not only be thankful and rejoice in what we have but also wish the same blessings to others.
You may be so young to understand but Jesus Christ will be happy If you will give Him a prayer of thanks. We will not have this day to celebrate if Christ was not given to us by God.
Let us start Easter with a smile and a deep appreciation of this new life for us.
Easter is not just about God’s resurrection…It’s also about elimination of slavery…A unification of conscience and faith.
May God keep all our Staff , Students and friends away from misfortunes, devious people and evil tongues.
Have a blessed and happy Easter! Prof.Godwin Onu
